Return & Refund Policy

At I Am My Sistars Keeper Shop LLC, we handcraft our products with care and quality. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products Only)
We accept returns or exchanges if:

• Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email iammysistarskeepershop@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.

Exceptions

• Used or opened personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

• Custom or special-order items are non-refundable

• Digital downloads and e-books are non-refundable, as files cannot be returned once delivered
